"The knowledge of the secrets and rules of cooking has always fascinated me, because they are related to family, friends, to making people feel good. I remember the Sundays of my childhood when there was always something new to learn in the kitchen: fresh pasta, potato gnocchi, pesto, pizza, meatballs... Then creating (very soon) a family, I was able to experiment and perfect classic dishes, but also recipes never tasted in my parents' house.This adventure was born first of all from the passion for cooking, but also from the desire to meet people with whom to share the excellence of Italian food and wine."

For my birthday, I was gifted a course with Arianna to learn how to make homemade tagliatelle. We didn't quite know what to expect, but it was an absolutely fantastic experience! She was super welcoming, greeting us with warmth and hospitality, making us feel immediately at ease in her kitchen. She guided us step by step: from the flour fountain to the perfect consistency of the dough, all the way to rolling and cooking the pasta (and, of course, tasting it). With chatting and storytelling, she made this experience pleasant and authentic. A heartfelt thank you to our Cesarina for sharing a little piece of her passion with us. See you soon!

A beautiful experience We were welcomed by Arianna with kindness and great hospitality. She immediately made us feel comfortable! With her we made tagliatelle, but she also gave us lots of advice for other dishes. We had a lot of fun! Afterwards, we had dinner together in a very familiar and pleasant atmosphere, with an aperitif of cured meats and cheeses offered by Arianna, the delicious tagliatelle we made together and, as it was my partner’s birthday, she even made a delicious cake at short notice! She also let us take the leftover tagliatelle home to freeze! Truly a fantastic experience to recommend! Thank you Arianna 😊

We had an amazing morning with Arianna and her son (Riccardo). We were greeted with warm hugs and then homemade pancakes. Afterwards, we proceeding with making tiramisu and pasta. In between, we had great conversation learning more about Italy which was bi e since it was my first visit there. We ended off all eating together and it felt like home. The entire experience was old school which I appreciated very much. Unfortunately, our time came to an end too soon and wished we could have stayed all day basking in the sun and drinking more wine. As our train stop was a fair ways away and Riccardo kindly gave us a lift. I would do this experience again. If you are looking for a more home feel and less corporate this experience is for you.
