"The knowledge of the secrets and rules of cooking has always fascinated me, because they are related to family, friends, to making people feel good. I remember the Sundays of my childhood when there was always something new to learn in the kitchen: fresh pasta, potato gnocchi, pesto, pizza, meatballs...
