Every dish I prepare is made with love and care: before sharing it, I test it again and again until it’s perfect. All my creations are tasted by me and my family, and every day I experiment with new recipes.

I invite you into my home, where the cuisine is not only Calabrian: I enjoy trying all kinds of recipes, always with simplicity and passion. On the menu, you’ll find beetroot gnocchi with Parmesan fondue, tortelli with tomino cheese and vegetables, and homemade tagliatelle with ragù. I’ll also show you how to make fresh pasta, an activity even my 3-year-old niece loves to join me in. Our family is humble, welcoming, and eager to share the flavors of Calabria… and beyond. I look forward to seeing you!
