This immersive cooking course invites you to explore the heart of Italian cuisine by mastering three iconic dishes: a creamy parmesan Risotto with local fish cooked in a silver pan, authentic handmade pasta with sauce, and a classic Tiramisu. Perfect for food enthusiasts of all skill levels, this course will take you through each step of each dish, working with fresh ingredients and finally presenting and enjoying your dishes. By the end of this course, you will have created three stunning Italian dishes, learned essential Italian cooking techniques, and gained the confidence to recreate these recipes at home for your friends and family.

This night with Margherita and her boyfriend Matteo was my best experience in Como! They are both such kind and interesting people, and we spent hours cooking, eating, talking, and drinking wine together. Although I had never met Margherita before, she and her boyfriend made me feel so much at home that it felt as if I were getting together with old friends. What a lovely experience to have on a solo trip to Como! Highly recommend.

We had a truly wonderful evening with Margherita and her boyfriend Matteo, learning how to make both original Italian Tiramisu as well as two different sorts of pasta from scratch. We started with an authentic Apperitivo, and after that got to work on the food. Under the kind instructions of Margherita, we learned a great lot about the Dos and Don'ts of Italian cuisine and finished the evening with the fruits of our work, wine and good talks. The most lovely part was the immediate feeling of being at home from the very first second that we entered the apartment as if we've known both for a long time already.

I learned how to make two fantastic dishes that I will definitely make once home along. The food was only a small part of the experience.
