Perfect for food enthusiasts of all skill levels, this course will take you through each step of each dish, working with fresh ingredients and finally presenting and enjoying your dishes. By the end of this course, you will have created three stunning Italian dishes, learned essential Italian cooking techniques, and gained the confidence to recreate these recipes at home for your friends and family.

Margarita was the BEST! We had so much fun making pasta and tiramisu ! Her home was lovely and the food was delicious! Plenty of wine and prosecco also! Would absolutely recommend!!!

We, my wife and I had received this wonderful cooking lesson from our sons and their partners for birthday. Together with us six people, a young couple from the US in their honeymoon joined us. We had a wonderful time with Margherita and her boyfriend Matheu. We were hosted in the warm sourrounding of their private apartment and prepared Ravoli, Fettuccine as well as Tiramisu. The recipes came from her nonna. This is why it was so tasty. We really enjoyed our time and loved the hospitality of Margherita. We would definitely book another cooking lesson with her again!

Fantastic! This was a surprise for my partner and it couldn't have gone better. Margherita was a perfect hostess. The apartment is beautiful with an amazing view of the lake. From the very start we felt relaxed and comfortable. The conversation flowed easily and we got on very well. She explained how to cook and I even made pasta!
