Perfect for food enthusiasts of all skill levels, this course will take you through each step of each dish, working with fresh ingredients and finally presenting and enjoying your dishes. By the end of this course, you will have created three stunning Italian dishes, learned essential Italian cooking techniques, and gained the confidence to recreate these recipes at home for your friends and family.

We had the absolute BEST time with Margherita. From the moment we booked, she was amazing in communicating and helped with parking and finding the location. As soon as we walked in we felt at home. She was so warm and welcoming. Of course, the food was out of this world. We learned so much and only have the best things to rave about. As soon as the experience was over, we wanted to share what we learned with our family and planned a pasta making night for when we get back home. We highly recommend, Margherita!!

I had a fantastic Italian meal at Margherita's. Lovely starters with local small dishes. The main course was real fresh pasta cooked "aldente" with a lovely meat sauce and the meat based on the family's local recipe. The dessert was a lovely apple cake. I give this dining experience along with Margherita, her boyfriend and her sister and full score !

Patient, kind, friendly, and so very knowledgeable, she coaxed nearly perfect ravioli and risotto from our efforts. Her delightful stories of her nonna from whom she learned her skill in the kitchen made for a memorable and delicious evening! We hope to be able to recreate the experience at home with our friends.
