An authentic experience of traditional Italian cooking in my home. I will teach you how to make a variety of pizzas with your own hands, from preparing the dough with yeast water and various flours to the table. I will explain all the necessary tricks so that you will be able to be able to cook an excellent pizza at home as well.

You will be able to taste the famous Margherita pizza, Neapolitan pizza, white pizza with local cheeses, pizza with vegetables and others, following the seasonality of the products! If in addition to the palate you also want to satisfy the curiosity of putting your hands in the dough, this is the experience for you. And to finish at my best I will offer you my tiramisu.

My wife and I had an amazing pasta making experience with Anna-Maria. It was truly an authentic Italian experience. She was so welcoming and made it feel like we joined her family dinner. While we made ravioli and tagliatelle together, she had a charcuterie board, focaccia bread, Caprese salad, and grilled peppers and tomatoes prepared as an appetizer to have while we waited for the dough to rise. To top it all off she had a beautiful view from her home to enjoy while eating. I highly recommend this experience!
