- We had a lovely time learning from Monica, enjoying the delicious meal she guided us to prepare and meeting new friends from Germany, who were in the class with us. The hands-on experience was fun. We will look forward to making these dishes back home.
- Monica was absolutely a fantastic host and teacher. My husband and I attended as a part of our honeymoon trip to Lake Como and the pasta we made was our favorite dish on the trip. All the ingredients are so fresh and she did a fantastic job explaining all the steps and making it interactive. Monica was a pleasure and we loved that the classes are small so we were there with only one other couple. 10/10 would recommend adding this to your bucket list!
