: My fiance and I thought this cooking class was such a fun activity on our Lake Como vacation. Monica was so sweet, the space was so unique, and the food was absolutely delicious. It was one of the best things we ate on our entire trip! The reason for the 4 stars is the class was a tad rushed as we were told we would miss the ferry back to Bellagio. Although we had the ferry schedule and knew there would be multiple ferries running, we listened to her as we were not local. It's possible it was an honest mistake, however it made the class a bit rushed which was disappointing. On a side note, I assumed we would also be cooking the pasta, but it's actually only making the past as stated in the description. Even with that, this was still a wonderful experience and I would love to eat that pasta again.

: Our experience with Chef Monica was amazing. Not only did she show us how to prepare fresh pasta and two sauces, and tiramisu but she also prepared some delicious snacks for us and gave us a lot of information and suggestions for our holiday in lake como. Chef Monica's approach to cooking is fun and easy. It's impressive how the simplest and quickest of recipes make such amazing food. Chef Monica was also very sweet with our 6 year old daughter. She talked to her in english so she could understand, and gave her very clear and easy instructions that she could easily follow. She let her do all the mixing and some chopping as well, which she loved. We ended our cooking session by eating all that was prepared. All was really top notch, but the ravioli were absolutely divine! We will definitely recommend to our friends who visit Varenna. Thank you Chef Monica! It was really lovely meeting you, and we appreciate all tips you gave us for cooking pasta!
: Our evening cooking event with Monica was the highlight of our trip to Varenna. Monica is a wonderful teacher and we felt welcomed as well as encouraged to use our newly discovered cooking talents. I can not say enough or recommend more highly to others our experience with Monica through Cesserine. .
