"I love to prepare dishes that require doughs so fresh egg pasta and use buckwheat flour to make local dishes such as pizzoccheri or desserts with the same flour. I like to amaze my guests, starting from very simple ingredients I could prepare both local dishes like pizzoccheri, polenta, paradell, sciatt, or I could make many snacks based on leavened products for an aperitif ".

We had a phenomenal experience with Antonietta! She, her partner and her puppy made us feel right at home. It was the highlight of our trip. She was fun, delightful, thorough and shared more than was anticipated. Her home is lovely with a gorgeous view. Every aspect from arrival to departure was just so perfect. We loved every minute of it and hated for it to end. Antonietta is a delight!!!

Antonietta welcomed our family with open arms into her home providing an unforgettable experience. Very knowledgeable and was a great teacher for all of the dishes we prepared and cooked while also providing coffee, espresso, and spirits throughout the experience. We truly felt like family by the time we left. Would highly recommend!!
