Natalie Megan

I'm Natalie, a Graphic Design student in Verona with a great passion for cooking. Everything I know, I learned from my grandmother Elvira, who has always treated cooking as a true passion. Every time we gather as a family to enjoy her delicious dishes, it's a truly special moment. For me, cooking is first and foremost about sharing, and I believe it's also one of the most powerful ways to communicate, even between different cultures.I started cooking alongside her, experimenting and learning to create new dishes. What I love preparing the most are traditional dishes, especially handmade pasta and leavened goods. Kneading with my grandmother is something we often share, and it's a really relaxing moment for me. Another great passion we share is gnocchi: I think they are my favorite dish, and now I make them in all kinds of variations!
