- Monica was a great host! She made the experience personable and authentic teaching us about her culture but also getting to know us. The cooking was wonderful and the location was easily accessible! We will be back and hope to share the recipes learned with our cookbook club!
- Monica was a fantastic teacher and host, not to mention an amazing cook. Her focaccia is the best focaccia I have ever had. We were in Italy for about two weeks and we both agree that this is the best meal we had and one our favorite experiences on our trip. Grazie Monica!
- The food was delicious, especially the barley salad. We enjoyed Monica’s company and expertise.
- Abi and I took at class with Monica in her cooking studio. The history of the space was very charming. The class was so fun! We learned to make ravioli and tiramisu and it was so easy! Will definitely make this at home! She did a fabulous job of teaching us her grandmothers recipe and then we had a fennel Salad, our homemade raviolis and dessert which we made all of it. So delicious! Monica was so friendly as well!
- We had a wonderful time with Monica who helped us learn how to make some delicious pasta and tirimisu. She was great company as well and made us feel right at home. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
