- We had a wonderful time with Monica who helped us learn how to make some delicious pasta and tirimisu. She was great company as well and made us feel right at home. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
- We had a wonderful experience with Monica. She is warm and personable and her kitchen space is so unique and inviting. We were fortunate that is was just the two of us and we made two types of pasta and tiramisu. We now have the confidence to tackle these recipes and techniques at home. Thoroughly recommend a cooking class with Monica.

- We had a lovely time learning from Monica, enjoying the delicious meal she guided us to prepare and meeting new friends from Germany, who were in the class with us. The hands-on experience was fun. We will look forward to making these dishes back home.
- Monica was open and friendly. The meal we made was simple. We felt we could prepare it when we get home. Most ingredients are readily available at our home market, a good thing. The one thing I recommend changing is for the class to prepare the filling for the ravioli. It was delicious, but we’re not sure how to reproduce it at home. Overall, a fun experience for us.
