- We had a lovely time learning from Monica, enjoying the delicious meal she guided us to prepare and meeting new friends from Germany, who were in the class with us. The hands-on experience was fun. We will look forward to making these dishes back home.
- Monica was open and friendly. The meal we made was simple. We felt we could prepare it when we get home. Most ingredients are readily available at our home market, a good thing. The one thing I recommend changing is for the class to prepare the filling for the ravioli. It was delicious, but we’re not sure how to reproduce it at home. Overall, a fun experience for us.
- We had a wonderful experience with Monica in Varenna. It was a fun evening of learning and preparing a meal and the a lovely time enjoying it. It was a great night and Monica was absolutely lovely. The ambiance of the location was also memorable and very special to the experience.

- This was such a great evening. Monica was so welcoming. She shared her expertise in cooking and her love of Lake Como. We learned to prepare a delicious 3 course meal that was easy and enjoyable. We cant wait to try it at home with family and friends! It was an experience we will always treasure!
