- Abi and I took at class with Monica in her cooking studio. The history of the space was very charming. The class was so fun! We learned to make ravioli and tiramisu and it was so easy! Will definitely make this at home! She did a fabulous job of teaching us her grandmothers recipe and then we had a fennel Salad, our homemade raviolis and dessert which we made all of it. So delicious! Monica was so friendly as well!
- We had a wonderful time with Monica who helped us learn how to make some delicious pasta and tirimisu. She was great company as well and made us feel right at home. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
- We had a wonderful experience with Monica. She is warm and personable and her kitchen space is so unique and inviting. We were fortunate that is was just the two of us and we made two types of pasta and tiramisu. We now have the confidence to tackle these recipes and techniques at home.
