We had the most incredible time with Luca and Francesca! Leading up to our cooking class, Francesca was responsive and attentive. When we arrived, we were met with a warm welcome from her husband, Luca. After quick introductions, we got to work, all the prep was already done, so we focused entirely on the fun parts of cooking a classic Italian meal. From the best tiramisu to homemade stuffed pastas and ham-and-cheese croissants, the meal was exceptional. Easy enough to feel replicable when we return home, but authentic enough to feel like we’d stepped into the kitchen of an upscale place only locals would know about. The couple spoke excellent English, were both fantastic teachers, and immediately put us at ease. The cooking unfolded effortlessly, paced between slices of caprese and wine they’d prepared ahead of time. By the time we sat down to eat, we felt like we were sharing a meal among old friends, not finishing a booked class. Francesca and Luca set themselves apart not only with their deep knowledge of Italian cuisine, but with their genuine warmth - their love for each other, for hosting guests from all over the world, and for the food they share. We can’t recommend them enough, and can’t wait to share a meal with them again.

We booked a family cooking class with Francesca. Our children our teenagers sinks enough to participate well. We were in the area for holiday. Francesca and Luca are lovely and not only did we learn how to make traditional pastas and tiramisu but we enjoyed their company and learning about their culture. They are professional and hospitable. Highly recommend.

Our cooking is primarily inspired by traditional Italian cuisine, featuring iconic dishes such as pizza, lasagna, meatballs, risotto, polenta, pizzoccheri, and various meat preparations. We also have a passion for desserts, including tiramisu, custard-filled tarts, a variety of cakes, and meringues.  While deeply rooted in Lombard cuisine, we love experimenting with new flavor combinations, adding a touch of creativity to our dishes.
