"The knowledge of the secrets and rules of cooking has always fascinated me, because they are related to family, friends, to making people feel good. I remember the Sundays of my childhood when there was always something new to learn in the kitchen: fresh pasta, potato gnocchi, pesto, pizza, meatballs... Then creating (very soon) a family, I was able to experiment and perfect classic dishes, but also recipes never tasted in my parents' house. This adventure was born first of all from the passion for cooking, but also from the desire to meet people with whom to share the excellence of Italian food and wine."
