    Each dish, prepared with love, is a path to joy. My sensitivity to vegan friends (and two of my 3 children) has led me to discover new flavors and culinary techniques that enhance extraordinary tastes, colors and scents.

    The classic hummus has been transformed into a pink variant thanks to beets. Eggplant, rich in anthocyanins, is transformed into amazingly delicious meatballs. Strawberry grape must, delicately warmed, with its fragrance envelops ice cream to end an out-of-the-ordinary dinner. I am thrilled to welcome you to my kitchen!

    I recently attended a cooking class with Arianna Clara! Arianna is simply the best chef and instructor I have ever had. She was incredibly kind, cheerful and made the whole experience so enjoyable. Her energy is contagious and she went far beyond just the culinary experience. Nice experience!

    "The knowledge of the secrets and rules of cooking has always fascinated me, because they are related to family, friends, to making people feel good. I remember the Sundays of my childhood when there was always something new to learn in the kitchen: fresh pasta, potato gnocchi, pesto, pizza, meatballs... Then creating (very soon) a family, I was able to experiment and perfect classic dishes, but also recipes never tasted in my parents' house. This adventure was born first of all from the passion for cooking, but also from the desire to meet people with whom to share the excellence of Italian food and wine."
