Comasco cuisine captivates with its simplicity and authenticity, characterized by rustic yet flavorful dishes that have preserved their tradition over time. For this event, I propose a menu that celebrates the typical flavors of the region, using fresh, local, and zero-kilometer ingredients.

We will start with an appetizer featuring a selection of local cheeses and cured meats, sourced directly from regional producers. The first course will be prepared with homemade ravioli or rice, depending on the availability of the day's catch. For the second course, you will enjoy a tasting of freshwater fish. To conclude, we'll have a traditional Comasco dessert: miascia, a rustic and flavorful treat that perfectly represents our culinary culture.
