Welcome to my home! I am Anna, your Cesarina from Cernobbio, ready to welcome you in my beautiful house, nestled in the green and with a breathtaking view of the lake. I cannot wait to share some of my culinary secrets with you during a cooking course. Together we will prepare recipes made with fresh vegetables from our garden and products from the nearby mountains. It will be fun to get hands-on and make gnocchi, a cornerstone of Italian cuisine, a first course dish that everyone agrees on and is loved by both adults and children. Tie your aprons, I'm waiting for you!

Anna and her sister put together the most amazing cooking glass set at their beautiful villa on lake como. It was the most enjoyable cooking class I have ever done abroad. Their warmth and hospitality will make the glass unforgettable. Can’t recommend it enough to anyone staying in Lake como.

Cooking class with Anna, Marta, and Terry was the highlight of our stay in Lake Como! They were so nice and hospitable from greeting us with homemade gelato, cookies, and heart shaped watermelon skewers to the hands on cooking class along with Aperol Spritzes! We made tiramisu and cheese ravioli and under Marta’s instruction, it came out great. We enjoyed our dinner with a lovely salad with herbs and figs from their garden. The wine they served was delicious and it was all outdoors at their beautiful home overlooking the lake. A lovely family and a wonderful evening. This is a must-do experience!

Cernobbio is a quaint village nestled between the splendor of Lake Como and the nearby mountains. An area in which nature, history and art are inseparably connected. A place that manages to evoke innumerable emotions, images and literary memories, from Plinio to Foscolo, from Stendhal to Manzoni. "That branch of Lake Como ..." is therefore the perfect opening words to present Anna, our Cesarina, who welcomes us to her splendid home, surrounded by greenery and with a view, of course, of the lake. Anna tells us how her Cesarina adventure began: "everything started a bit for fun. We organized dinners with friends, voting for the best dish. Then with a friend, we started organizing themed dinners and now, with the support of my mother, who is an excellent cook, I'm a Cesarina!" An excellent Cesarina, who loves to cook dishes full of 'flavors from the lake,’ accompanied by fresh vegetables from the garden. She then alternates these wonderful fish dishes with fanciful recipes created using ingredients from the nearby mountains.
