"I am a cook and a kitchen historian, I know the artisanal production realities of Como and its mountains. I search for historical dishes from northern Italy and I make them, often adapting them to today. Above all country dishes, where raw materials brought from the city are mixed , in the holiday villas of the city furniture, such as precious spices that only arrived in the city, with meats, vegetables and cheeses produced on the hills. Specialized also in French country cuisine ".

The pasta we made was amazing! Anna was great however I am disappointed as she said she would email the recipes and I have contacted her atleast 3 times and still don’t have them. Also, the class was in a room in a historic palace that we had a wonderful tour of. The kitchen was a makeshift setup with cooking on a hot plate.

I wish I could add more stars for Anna! She is so talented and amazing! I loved learning how to make pasta. It was so delicious and the best pasta in Italy! I don't drink coffee and Anna made a berry sauce for the tiramisu. It was sooo good, I am still dreaming about it!

And it was so gracious and treated us with a such respect and add duration. She was everything set up perfectly and we had a wonderful dinner together and she told us to make different pastas and a delirious Tiramisu. We highly recommend her and she is very sweet. And what a great cook!!! Brava, Anna!!!! We miss you! We are going to make our own Tiramisu this week!! Thank you again!
