Carolina, the mother, is a skilled cook, originally from Campania. She learned traditional Italian recipes from her family and developed a deep passion for Lombard regional cuisine. Simona, the daughter, is a young student fluent in English. Her proficiency in foreign languages, combined with her inherited passion for cooking from her mother, makes the experience even more accessible and inclusive for all guests. There are no words for what an incredible night we had. Carolina and Simone are so warm and welcoming and so funny. They home is amazing and we cooked the most wonderful food. This is our first night of the trip and I’m not sure anything else will be as fun!!

My daughter and I took the train from Venice and had quite the day of it. They made the pick up and drop off seamless. The hospitality was felt immediately. Coming from the U.S it would seem strange to have a complete stranger in your home within minutes of meeting them. We were met with genuine Italian hospitality. The polenta cookies were something I’d never made or had before and were excellent. The use of buckwheat in the pasta was also a first for us. Very educational, informative and if you have some time in Como I would highly recommend experiencing this class. Good luck with your residency Simona

This was such a great experience. Simone and Caroline made the pick up and drop off very easy, and we had a great time learning to make tiramisu and pasta. This was a fantastic experience and I cannot recommend it enough.

Simona and Carolina were incredibly knowledgeable and sweet. They made the class enjoyable for seasoned chefs and beginners. They were so gracious in welcoming us into their home and giving some recommendations for not only cooking, but the rest of our trip. Would highly recommend!
