Tradition and creativity are the characteristics that distinguished Bea during her participation on the sixth edition of Bake off Italia, a cooking show dedicated to preparing traditional Italian sweets. : Fantastic. Highly recommended. We had an incredible time. We loved every minute of it. Beatrice was a lovely teacher and hostess, and very interesting to talk to. We learned so much - not only about cooking but about the local culture and life in the Lake Como, area.
: Beatrice was a pure joy! You'll arrive at Beatrice's cheerful apartment, where she has impeccably prepared for your experience, from garden-picked herbs to her favorite local cheese. She is upbeat and funny, prepare to be entertained with stories of her family, her relationship with pasta, and the importance of espresso.
: We had a fantastic experience with Bea making fresh pasta, tiramisu and bruschetta. She was a fantastic host and teacher, she made us feel incredibly welcome and was very patient and encouraging with children during the lesson. Would highly recommend.

Beatrice went out of her way to provide alternatives to accommodate my son's milk allergy without compromising the quality or authenticity of the meal.
