I’m Noemi, a Cesarina from Como. My cooking is rich and versatile: I love preparing fish dishes, all kinds of meat – even game – and handmade fresh pasta. My true passion is ravioli, which I create with different flours and fillings, but I also enjoy making fresh pasta, piadine, and desserts.My table reflects the traditions of Lombardy, enriched with Venetian influences from my roots. Every recipe is born from the desire to combine authenticity, flavor, and conviviality, offering guests a genuine taste of Italian home cooking.
