Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

In this cooking class, which will take place in my home in Como, I want to share with you my love for Italian cuisine, guiding you step by step through the preparation of three typical dishes: a complete culinary journey from appetizer to dessert.

We’ll start with bruschetta with mozzarella, tomatoes, and oregano, simple and fragrant, perfect to begin the meal. Then we’ll move on to ravioli stuffed with spinach and sausage in a cherry tomato sauce, a true delicacy of Italian tradition. To finish, we’ll prepare amaretti with coconut, coffee, and mascarpone, for a sweet and unforgettable finale.
