I warmly welcome you to my enchanting home, a serene refuge in the heart of nature, with a panoramic view that overlooks the lake. I am in love with creating dishes inspired by the 'flavors of the lake', often complemented by fresh vegetables grown in our garden, and I take delight in preparing traditional recipes from the surrounding mountains. However, the true gem of my cooking is the course I offer: a demonstration on how to create from scratch fresh tomato gnocchi, tagliatelle with seasonal vegetables, and to end beautifully, the classic tiramisù.

I can't wait to invite you to participate in this course, in which you can not only taste these delicacies but also learn the secrets to prepare them on your own. Are you ready for an unforgettable culinary journey?

We had a wonderful experience with Anna and her family. They welcomed us into their home Which just happens to sit on a beautiful hillside overlooking Lake Como. They taught us how to make delicious Italian pasta and tiramisu. They were warm, kind, funny and we had the time of our life. I would highly recommend this cooking class. Our meal turned out delicious too and we enjoyed it outside on the terrace overlooking the beautiful waters of the lake.

Anna, Terry and Morgana went above and beyond to make our time with them throughly enjoyable. We had one of the best experiences of our entire trip! So much fun. Anna even took the time to kindly return my phone to our hotel that I had mistakenly left at the event. The food, stunning lakeside location and company of these ladies were all excellent. Do not miss this truly Italian experience! We would very highly recommend. I feel confident I can make homemade pasta now!

This was truly one of the most fascinating experiences we could have imagined for on Lake Como. Not only was the food amazing, the experience of cooking everything from scratch with authentic recipes, along with the view from the house, blew past our expectations. Not to mention the opportunity to cook, learn, and relax with the wonderful Anna, Terry, & Morgana! We will 100% be signing up for this class again when we travel back to Lake Como!!

Cernobbio is a quaint village nestled between the splendor of Lake Como and the nearby mountains. An area in which nature, history and art are inseparably connected. A place that manages to evoke innumerable emotions, images and literary memories, from Plinio to Foscolo, from Stendhal to Manzoni. "That branch of Lake Como ..." is therefore the perfect opening words to present Anna, our Cesarina, who welcomes us to her splendid home, surrounded by greenery and with a view, of course, of the lake. Anna tells us how her Cesarina adventure began: "everything started a bit for fun. We organized dinners with friends, voting for the best dish. Then with a friend, we started organizing themed dinners and now, with the support of my mother, who is an excellent cook, I'm a Cesarina!" An excellent Cesarina, who loves to cook dishes full of 'flavors from the lake,’ accompanied by fresh vegetables from the garden. She then alternates these wonderful fish dishes with fanciful recipes created using ingredients from the nearby mountains.
