Your menu
  • Polenta balls with luganega (typical sausage)
  • Buckwheat flour ravioli with bresaola, potatoes and casera cheese
  • Pan meino (typical Lombard dessert)

Join us in our home, a beautiful penthouse with breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps, Lake Como, and Monte Rosa. We'll savor the dishes we prepare together, paired with excellent red or white wine, and conclude with homemade limoncello using organic lemons.

We'll teach you how to work with typical Lombard flours: polenta flour, buckwheat flour, and "fioretto" yellow flour. Together, we'll create a traditional appetizer, a fresh pasta dish, and a dessert..

Upon your return, you'll amaze your guests with these delightful, authentic Italian recipes.

The food and the hospitality at the pasta making class were absolutely amazing!! They even picked us up from the train station and made us feel right at home and guided us through the process with so much warmth and enthusiasm. The best part was getting to enjoy the delicious pasta we made together while sipping some wine. It felt like a true Italian feast! I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn how to make authentic pasta and tiramisu while feeling like part of a big Italian family. Buon appetito!

My daughter and I attended a wonderful evening of cooking, connecting and eating. Simona, Carolina and Antonio made us feel welcome in their lovely home. Both Simona and Carolina were very knowledgable around the history and traditions associated with the dishes. They have a great set up for group cooking with everyone being involved in the preparation (we had 4 people in our group). We then had a lovely meal together, enjoying the results of our cooking and sharing a bottle of wine with great conversation. I highly recommend this cooking experience. Thank you Simona, Carolina and Antonio.

Carolina and Simona (their husband/father as well) gave us our most cherished experience in northern Italy. From the moment we were picked up in Como, we were given a rich knowledge of the land and history of Lombardi. Mama Carolina, who spoke mostly Italian, welcomed us into her home as though we were family. Simona, her daughter, was a fantastic translator and quite skilled in the kitchen herself. They were extremely patient and instructive on how to make 3 different pastas from scratch. Then the meal was cooked with the pasta we prepared and we got to enjoy the beautiful view of Cantu/Como’s autumn landscape from their living room while enjoying some local red wine. We all sat down together and had a loving holiday meal (it was All Saints’ Day). Definitely recommending this experience to all of our friends and family.
