Your experience
  • Polenta balls with luganega (typical sausage)
  • Buckwheat flour ravioli with bresaola, potatoes and casera cheese
  • Pan meino (typical Lombard dessert)

Join us in our home, a beautiful penthouse with breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps, Lake Como, and Monte Rosa. We'll savor the dishes we prepare together, paired with excellent red or white wine, and conclude with homemade limoncello using organic lemons.

We'll teach you how to work with typical Lombard flours: polenta flour, buckwheat flour, and "fioretto" yellow flour. Together, we'll create a traditional appetizer, a fresh pasta dish, and a dessert..

Upon your return, you'll amaze your guests with these delightful, authentic Italian recipes.

I recently had the most amazing experience at a mother and daughter duo cooking class in como! From the moment we stepped into their cozy kitchen, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The class was not just about cooking, but about sharing stories, traditions, and a genuine love for food. We learned authentic Italian recipes passed down through generations, and the hands-on experience made it so much fun. The bond between the mother and daughter was palpable, adding an extra layer of charm to the whole experience. By the end of the class, we felt like part of their family. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough - it's a must for anyone looking to immerse themselves in Italian culture and cuisine. Grazie mille Carolina & Simona for the unforgettable memories! P.S Carlota is super cute!

Overall a warm and welcoming learning experience. Caroline and Simone clearly know what they’re doing teaching through a hands on approach. Definitely an experience that we will carry home with us, connecting us all internationally with the power of a meal. Truly a unique and special experience, would highly recommend.

The food and the hospitality at the pasta making class were absolutely amazing!! They even picked us up from the train station and made us feel right at home and guided us through the process with so much warmth and enthusiasm. The best part was getting to enjoy the delicious pasta we made together while sipping some wine. It felt like a true Italian feast! I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn how to make authentic pasta and tiramisu while feeling like part of a big Italian family. Buon appetito!

My daughter and I attended a wonderful evening of cooking, connecting and eating. Simona, Carolina and Antonio made us feel welcome in their lovely home. Both Simona and Carolina were very knowledgable around the history and traditions associated with the dishes. They have a great set up for group cooking with everyone being involved in the preparation (we had 4 people in our group). We then had a lovely meal together, enjoying the results of our cooking and sharing a bottle of wine with great conversation. I highly recommend this cooking experience. Thank you Simona, Carolina and Antonio.
