- We took Carolina and Simona’s “Lombardy and its flours” class while on our trip to Lake Como and it was one of the highlights of our trip. They allowed us into their beautiful home and taught us more than how to make three amazing dishes. They also shared their love and knowledge of their culture and a little history of the region and how it’s shaped the food in the Lombardy region.
- Such a great ravioli cooking class! The instructor was friendly and knowledgeable, the experience was hands-on and fun, and the food was absolutely delicious. A highlight of my trip—highly recommended!
- We had an amazing time making Ravioli and tasting as well. Simona and Carolina were divine and I would book with them again.
- We had a lovely time with Simone and Carolina at their home! The food was great also. Simone is a very patient and good cook - food was great despite our cooking skills. View was fantastic from the apartment. Highly recommend! Keep in mind though that the home is about 10k out of Como. We had planned another tour and needed to rearrange when found that out. Carolina picked us up downtown Como.
- Simona & her family were genuinely friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about Italian cooking. Their home was immaculate & the view was stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed the food preparation & eating the results of our labors. All in alll a very enjoyable evening.

Carolina, the mother, is a skilled cook, originally from Campania. She learned traditional Italian recipes from her family and developed a deep passion for Lombard regional cuisine. Simona, the daughter, is a young student fluent in English. Her proficiency in foreign languages, combined with her inherited passion for cooking from her mother, makes the experience even more accessible and inclusive for all guests.
