To my guests, I offer a delightful selection of local appetizers, including cheeses from Alto Lario and tantalizing small bites that I love to prepare and savor. We’ll craft fresh homemade tagliatelle and a rich meat ragù using my grandmother's traditional recipe. Additionally, we'll make ravioli filled with ricotta and herbs, topped with regional cheese and fresh sage from my garden.

For dessert, indulge in a luscious classic tiramisu made with freshly pasteurized eggs. This dessert features a light and flavorful filling, adorned with dark chocolate for a personal touch. It's the perfect way to end the meal on a sweet note.
