During the class, we will prepare typical Campanian dishes together, revealing the history behind each recipe. We’ll begin with gnocchi alla sorrentina, a rich and flavorful first course. Then, we’ll move on to the parmigiana. Finally, to end on a sweet note, we’ll prepare caprese, a dessert that celebrates the authentic tastes of Southern Italy.
