Sapori d’Italia Course: Lombard Tradition and Sicilian Soul

Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

An authentic cookery course combining Lombard and Sicilian traditions, led by me alongside my grandparents, guardians of recipes handed down through generations. During the experience, guests will literally get their hands dirty: they will learn to prepare typical first courses, from tagliatelle with ragù to pizzoccheri, right through to the intense flavours of Sicilian cuisine such as pasta with sardines and Norma.

Amidst family stories, traditional techniques and little culinary secrets, participants will discover authentic ingredients, aromas and methods, before sharing the dishes they have prepared together in a warm and convivial atmosphere.
