My name is Samuele and, together with my grandparents, I’ll be guiding you through an authentic cooking class that blends Lombard and Sicilian traditions. With them—the guardians of recipes passed down through generations—I’ll share flavours, techniques and family secrets.

During the experience, we’ll really get our hands dirty: we’ll make fresh tagliatelle together, discover the intense aromas of Sicilian-style stuffed squid, and finish with a great Italian classic, tiramisu.

Through stories, traditional techniques and little tricks of the trade, we’ll guide you step by step on a journey of discovery through authentic ingredients and genuine flavours. At the end, we’ll all sit down together at the table to enjoy the dishes we’ve prepared, in a warm, family-like and convivial atmosphere.

My wife and myself offered this dinner to our friend who celebrated her 60.birthday together with her husband. We have been picked up in our hotel in Varese by Samueles father and had a very friendly welcome in Samuele grandfathers house.We enjoyed a superb Aperitivo in the garden, had the chance together with the mother and the grandfather making papardelle at our own and we finally had a perfect, fantastic dinner with a cheese based flan as a starter, papardelle al ragu as second, guinea fowl in orange sauce with a lot of different vegetabkes as main and a fruit birthday cake, made by the mother of Samuele. The local wine ,red and white and the prosecco were delicious .At the end we tasted a sweet wine from Sicilie (superb) Samueles father drove us back to the hotel which was very kind. All in all 5 stars to the quality of this delicious food and a great thank you to Samuele, his mather, his grandma and his grandpa for spending us a unforgettable evening in Varese at a Cesarine home dinning event.
