Italian cuisine is one of my great passions, and I have devoted a lot of time to specializing in preparing some iconic regional dishes. Among my culinary specialties are pizzoccheri from Valtellina, an irresistibly tasty mountain dish, Ligurian pesto, a fresh and aromatic sauce that celebrates Liguria's basil, spaghetti all'amatriciana, a rich and flavorful Roman dish thanks to guanciale and tomato sauce, vitello tonnato, an elegant Piedmontese preparation of veal with a delicate tuna sauce, and finally tiramisu, a classic Italian dessert that wins over with its balance of coffee, mascarpone, and cocoa flavors.
