Tour of the underground aging/ripening cellar of more than 200 types of Italian and non-Italian cheeses with explanation of cheese selection and handling techniques (it is recommended to always bring a jacket/fleece because the temperature is about 10 degrees Celsius).
Followed by guided tasting of 6 artisan cheeses chosen according to the season (a selection from cow, goat, sheep, buffalo, mixed milk, blue, flavored, washed rinds, etc.) Paired with different types of breads and breadsticks. Water and one glass of wine per person.

- It was one of the best experiences we had during our vacation on Lake Maggiore. Just learning so much about the different types of cheese, how they are made, and their history—and not just about Italian cheeses—was worth the money. We also received excellent advice when purchasing cheese in the shop, and it was a pleasure to speak directly with the owner of the cheese dairy.
