    Tour of the underground aging/ripening cellar of more than 200 types of Italian and non-Italian cheeses with explanation of cheese selection and handling techniques (it is recommended to always bring a jacket/fleece because the temperature is about 10 degrees Celsius).

    Followed by guided tasting of 6 artisan cheeses chosen according to the season (a selection from cow, goat, sheep, buffalo, mixed milk, blue, flavored, washed rinds, etc.) Paired with different types of breads and breadsticks. Water and one glass of wine per person.
