You are welcome to my home overlooking the Borromean Islands on Lake Maggiore, a magical place where nature reigns supreme. Together, we will immerse ourselves in a culinary experience that celebrates local products, beginning with a typical aperitif that will vary with the season, followed by an appetizer from my family recipe book. We will collaborate in the preparation of egg pasta, roll out the pastry and form ravioli by hand. Dessert and coffee will close this extraordinary experience, accompanied by a wine of your choice, white or red, strictly Piedmontese.

- Gabriella and Fausto are very welcoming and friendly to invite you into their home. The cooking class itself is fun and practical, whether you are an experienced home chef or never cooked before. Gabriella gives good instructions and lets you do the ‘work’. There is not a single dull moment. After the preparations and cooking, you get to eat the pasta’s you prepared yourself and it is delicious! Gabriella even packed up the left overs for us to take with us! Thank you for this amazing experience.
