"The kitchen has fascinated me since the child, I followed carefully mom to the stove trying to learn all her recipes. Mine is a 360 degree cuisine that enhances my region, Piedmont. With my partner, wine connoisseur, who follows me in my creations, we prepare delicious dishes that respect the tradition with particular attention to the research and selection of ingredients."

Gabriela est une hôtesse incroyable. Tout comme son mari L’accueil a été parfait. Elle est souriante et accueillante. Elle est également très pédagogue. Nous avons passé un excellent moment. Merci à eux deux pour ce moment.

Gabriella is a perfect delight!! We made and tasted 3 kinds of pasta and brought plenty back to apartment for supper & lunch tomorrow. We cannot thinking about eating right now, we are so full!! She also treated us to homemade tiramisu ♥️ this was an A+++ experience. Highly recommend!
