Hi from Gabriella!

"The kitchen has fascinated me since the child, I followed carefully mom to the stove trying to learn all her recipes. Mine is a 360 degree cuisine that enhances my region, Piedmont. With my partner, wine connoisseur, who follows me in my creations, we prepare delicious dishes that respect the tradition with particular attention to the research and selection of ingredients."

Gabriella was a very gracious host. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and her showing us the preparation and helping to put it together. It was a highlight of our trip.

If you’re looking for an unforgettable, authentic Italian cooking experience, I cannot recommend Gabriella’s class enough! We had the absolute pleasure of spending the day in her beautiful home, where she shared her family recipes for tagliatelle, ravioli, and gnocchi with us. Gabriella’s passion for cooking shines through in every step, from how she patiently explained each process to how she warmly answered all of our questions. The atmosphere was relaxed, fun, and filled with laughter. Gabriella’s teaching style made us feel at ease, even as beginners, and her love for Italian cuisine was infectious. The homemade pasta was simply divine, and pairing it with wine as we enjoyed the meal was the perfect touch. Gabriella also took photos of us throughout the class, which was such a thoughtful gesture to help us remember this incredible experience. If you’re ever in Italy and want to immerse yourself in the culture through food, this class is a must-do. Gabriella is truly amazing, and you’ll leave with not only new culinary skills but also unforgettable memories!

Gabriella and her husband are very kind and welcoming. We were a family of three and were the only guests in our booking. We made three pastas and one dessert and everything was truly delicious! We all agreed that the ravioli was definitely the best pasta we had during our 10 trip to Italy. We enjoyed good wine and conversation over dinner and had fun learning the pasta making techniques. Take home recipes included. I recommend this experience.

We had an amazing experience with Gabriella and her husband. She was so patient teaching us how to make pasta. Her enthusiasm was so delightful. It was like being with my Nonna who wanted me to carry on her family recipes. And together as a couple they were so cute! Being there with my daughters is now a memory I will always treasure!⁰ I also appreciated how she adjusted to a few food needs we have. Very accommodating Thank you!
