We will experience an authentic apericena together, preparing each dish with km 0 ingredients. The recipes, simple but tasty, will adapt to the season or to your personal tastes. It will be possible to opt for vegetarian or gluten-free menus. Everything will be accompanied by fine local wines. I await you in my family home, overlooking the shores of Lake Maggiore with an enchanting view of the Borromean Islands.

My husband and I love to do cooking experiences when we visit other countries and we both agreed, this is the best one we have ever done. Gabriella gives good instructions and lets you do the ‘work’. There is not a single dull moment. After the preparations and cooking, you get to eat the pasta’s you prepared yourself and it is delicious! Gabriella even packed up the left overs for us to take with us!
