I am waiting for you in my home, on the shores of Lake Maggiore and overlooking the Borromean Islands, to share my passion for cooking with you! I am Gabriella and I have always loved traditional cooking. In my cooking class, I will teach you how to prepare three fresh pasta specialties: ravioli, tagliatelle and gnocchi. I will show you all the secrets to making perfect fresh pasta, from preparing the dough to making the different pasta shapes. I will guide you, step by step, in the preparation of the fillings and sauces that accompany these delicious dishes. At the end of the class, you will be able to taste the fruits of our labor, accompanied by a bottle of Piedmontese wine.

Gabriella and her husband are very kind and welcoming. We were a family of three and were the only guests in our booking. We made three pastas and one dessert and everything was truly delicious! We all agreed that the ravioli was definitely the best pasta we had during our 10 trip to Italy. We enjoyed good wine and conversation over dinner and had fun learning the pasta making techniques. Gabriella gives good instructions and lets you do the ‘work’. There is not a single dull moment. After the preparations and cooking, you get to eat the pasta’s you prepared yourself and it is delicious! Gabriella even packed up the left overs for us to take with us!
