For this cooking class, we will immerse ourselves in the preparation of mother-in-law's tongues, a delicious baked good typical of the Piedmontese tradition. This delicacy is a fusion of bread and breadstick, characterized by long, thin sheets with a crunchy texture, expertly flavored with rosemary. Their simple preparation, without the need for rising, will allow us to taste them quickly, accompanied by a selection of sliced meats and typical cheeses, all accompanied by a cool glass of wine. - We enjoyed a lovely 4 course lunch with wine and coffee. Gabriela guided us through the preparation and cooking of our fresh Gnocchi. We also picked up lots of hints and tips for the prearartion of Aubergine starter and a Tiramasu sweet. We left with the recipes to prepare these at home. We really enjoyed the delicious food and this experience with Gabriela, highly recommended!
- Gabriella is a perfect delight!! We made and tasted 3 kinds of pasta and brought plenty back to apartment for supper & lunch tomorrow. We cannot thinking about eating right now, we are so full!! She also treated us to homemade tiramisu ♥️ this was an A+++ experience. Highly recommend!
- Gabriella was very patient, gracious and an experienced cook. She gave us lots of info and tips on making homemade pasta, she even shared her recipes! I informed our Viking tour guide about her and he was very excited to learn a new experience he could suggest. It was a lot of fun!
