For this cooking class, we will immerse ourselves in the preparation of mother-in-law's tongues, a delicious baked good typical of the Piedmontese tradition. This delicacy is a fusion of bread and breadstick, characterized by long, thin sheets with a crunchy texture, expertly flavored with rosemary. Their simple preparation, without the need for rising, will allow us to taste them quickly, accompanied by a selection of sliced meats and typical cheeses, all accompanied by a cool glass of wine. - Gabriella was a very gracious host. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and her showing us the preparation and helping to put it together. It was a highlight of our trip.
- Gabriella and Fausto are very welcoming and friendly to invite you into their home. The cooking class itself is fun and practical, whether you are an experienced home chef or never cooked before. Gabriella gives good instructions and lets you do the ‘work’. There is not a single dull moment. After the preparations and cooking, you get to eat the pasta’s you prepared yourself and it is delicious! Gabriella even packed up the left overs for us to take with us! Thank you for this amazing experience.
