We'll start with a trip to the local market or to Baveno's historic stores to buy the ingredients we need for our cooking. My house is located in the heart of the village, and from the small terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the Borromean Islands. After following all the recipes step by step, we will have a tasting of our dishes. Let's put on our aprons and get ready for a unique and fun experience!

: Gabriella was a very gracious host. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and her showing us the preparation and helping to put it together. It was a highlight of our trip.
: Gabriella and Fausto are very welcoming and friendly to invite you into their home. The cooking class itself is fun and practical, whether you are an experienced home chef or never cooked before. Gabriella gives good instructions and lets you do the ‘work’. There is not a single dull moment. After the preparations and cooking, you get to eat the pasta’s you prepared yourself and it is delicious! Gabriella even packed up the left overs for us to take with us! Thank you for this amazing experience.

: One of the most memorable experiences in Italy! Gabriella was a gracious host and an amazing and patient teacher, especially for hosting 3 Americans and a Swede who all don't speak Italian! We had so much fun learning to make local dishes and learning so much about local wine from her equally gracious husband! We even got to catch the sunset from their cozy home! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Lake Maggiore!
