Elilia is my mother's name. She was the one who taught me the secrets of fresh pasta. Ravioli and tagliatelle were always on our table, brightening up our celebrations. This cooking class will reveal all the secrets I learned as a child, and I'll be happy to share them with you.

With a few simple ingredients, we'll make egg pasta together, getting hands-on; while our dough rests, we'll have fun preparing a classic coffee tiramisu. Afterward, we'll roll out the dough with a rolling pin to create tagliatelle and ravioli, using a traditional and genuine recipe that never goes out of style and brings together all generations in the kitchen.

Gabriella & Fausto were wonderful hosts. The atmosphere was warm and genuine and Gabriella was a wizard in the kitchen. We learned so many simple but important tricks to making delicious authentic Italian dishes. The food was amazing. We would highly recommend.
