Our cooking is primarily inspired by traditional Italian cuisine, featuring iconic dishes such as pizza, lasagna, meatballs, risotto, polenta, pizzoccheri, and various meat preparations. We also have a passion for desserts, including tiramisu, custard-filled tarts, a variety of cakes, and meringues. While deeply rooted in Lombard cuisine, we love experimenting with new flavor combinations, adding a touch of creativity to our dishes.

Our class with Francesca and Luca well exceeded our expectations. They were both incredibly kind, humorous and hospitable. The food was delicious and the conversation was great! We would recommended this experience to anyone.

Our experience with Francesca and her husband exceeded all expectations. We had an amazing time cooking with them prior to sitting down and enjoying a lunch from what we had learnt to make. The lesson was lots of fun, and the conversation just flowed once we sat down to eat. We would recommend this experience to everyone who enjoys learning a new cuisine.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing dinner experience with Francesca and her husband. We had never booked something like this before when traveling, so we were a bit nervous at first. However, Francesca and Luca immediately made us feel like old friends and we had an amazing night learning how to make gnocchi and hearing about life in Como. The home made digestifs and Tiramisu were the best we had during our entire trip to Italy. We couldn’t recommend booking this experience more—it was truly one of the highlights of our trip!

We had an amazing experience with Francesca and Lukas! They communication was good and the meeting point was easy to find. We made 2 pasta dishes that were really tasty and the tiramisu was perfect. They were really helpful in teaching us how to cook the pasta but also very knowledgable about the region. It was great to learn so much about Como and not only cook. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
