Our cooking is primarily inspired by traditional Italian cuisine, featuring iconic dishes such as pizza, lasagna, meatballs, risotto, polenta, pizzoccheri, and various meat preparations. We also have a passion for desserts, including tiramisu, custard-filled tarts, a variety of cakes, and meringues. While deeply rooted in Lombard cuisine, we love experimenting with new flavor combinations, adding a touch of creativity to our dishes.

- What a wonderful experience we had with Luca and Francesca. An Italian cooking lesson, with conversations about culture and family. We made 3 dishes and had Luca and Francesca all to ourselves. We cooked in their lovely home, ate what we prepared with them..We made gnocchi, home made pasta and Tiramisu. Also, they had prepared an antipasto for us to enjoy while the other items were chilling and being prepared. Everything was delicious, probably the best food we have had on our two week venture through Italy. We enjoyed hearing about their life in Italy and how they share their love of food and cooking with visitors. We could not have had a better day and end to our two week trip in Italy…

- This charming in-home cooking lesson was the highlight of our trip! Francesca and Luca welcomed us into their beautiful home and we had such an enjoyable evening learning about Italian cuisine and how important the tradition of cooking is to Italians. Everything we ate was delicious and the recipes were not intimidating. We look forward to making them when we get home. We especially enjoyed sitting down and eating together with our hosts and getting to know a little about them and their culture. We would highly recommend this experience!
- I cannot say enough amazing things about this experience!! Francesca and Luca were wonderful! My daughter and I made three different courses and they did such a great job of explaining and helping us! The food was simple and so delicious! Truly it was one of the best experiences I have done on a vacation and I would highly highly recommend!!
