Hi from Veronica!

My cuisine is above all typical, traditional. I was born and raised in Como but my parents are from southern Italy, so my cuisine is also very Mediterranean. I like to range from fresh pasta (cooking baked pasta in particular), to fish dishes, long-cooked meats such as braised meats and I love dedicating myself to desserts. Another great passion of mine is leavened products, particularly pizza and bread.

The cooking class with Veronica was absolutely amazing! We were 8 girls (bachelorette party) and we had the best time making fresh pasta and tiramisu. Veronica and her husband Luca were both so welcoming and warm, we felt like home. Veronica even organised glutenfree pasta for one of the girls and also the aperitivo, the wine and the limoncello were SO good. I would always book it again!

I spent an absolutely delightful evening with Veronica. She told me the word "Cesarine" is associated with the stewardship and passing on of cultural traditions, and her passion for and enjoyment of this was so clear. Everything was so nicely prepared for our session, and I really loved making the pasta and tiramisu together...and it was delicious, too! I felt very welcomed into her home, for an experience that was personal and authentic. But also everything was very professional, too, with her kitchen lab a bit separate from the main family home. Definitely a, maybe even the highlight of my trip to Italy. Highly recommend!!

We had a lovely time with Veronika! She and her husband Luca were so hospitable and kind. We so enjoyed our immersive private cooking experience making Italian pasta and tiramisu and then enjoying it with them on their beautiful patio.
