Venture with me into a unique culinary experience! I invite you to participate in the creation of an authentic Italian aperitivo, a fun cooking session to make delicious bites to accompany with a great glass of wine or the classic Spritz.
After our work in the kitchen, we will enjoy the fruit of our efforts, perhaps in the charming garden when the weather permits.

I was born and raised in Como but my parents are from southern Italy, so my cuisine is also very Mediterranean. I like to range from fresh pasta (cooking baked pasta in particular), to fish dishes, long-cooked meats such as braised meats and I love dedicating myself to desserts. Another great passion of mine is leavened products, particularly pizza and bread.
