We are Carolina and Simona, a passionate mother-daughter duo living in the picturesque town of Cantù. We invite you to our cozy penthouse, boasting breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps, Lake Como, and Monte Rosa. Together, we will savor the dishes we prepare during this private cooking lesson, complemented by excellent red or white wine, concluding with homemade limoncello crafted from organic lemons.

Throughout the course, we will guide you in working with typical Lombard flours, such as polenta flour, buckwheat flour, and "fioretto" yellow flour. We'll create a traditional appetizer, a fresh pasta dish, and a dessert. Upon your return home, you'll amaze your guests with these delightful, authentic Italian recipes you've learned from us.
