“I love to write, and to read, in fact, books fill my house. I am mindful of the quality of food; I like to cook what I eat; and share the pleasure of the table with other people, friends, and guests. I am involved in the recovery of food surpluses for social solidarity purposes with the Food Bank of Lombardy Onlus in Como, where I live. I try to hand down recipes that are simple, and easy to learn by everyone, and that are connected as much as possible to the tradition of the Larian territory.”

: t was an unforgettable evening with Monica. She is so kind and personable. It was great fun making ravioli, fettuccine and tiramisu with her. We learned a lot and really enjoyed what we cooked. We can warmly recommend Monica to everyone.
: Es war ein unvergesslich schöner Abend mit und bei Monica. Sie hat uns alles genau erklärt, Tipps gegeben und mit ihrer warmen, herzlichen Art haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt. : This was the highlight of our trip so far. Monica was such a gracious host. Welcomed us into her beautiful home like we were family. My husband and I loved making this memory together. Monica taught us how to make ravioli, fettuccine and Tiramisu. All three were so delicious. If you visit Como then visiting Monica is a must!!!
