I have a passion for crafting delicious meals, from meticulously preparing fresh pasta to creating rich and comforting risottos. - We had an absolutely wonderful cooking class at Lidia’s home with her and her son. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home like we were old friends sharing a meal together. Lidia was incredibly accommodating of our dairy allergy, making sure every dish was both delicious and safe for us to enjoy. We learned so much, not just about the recipes themselves, but also about Italian cooking traditions and techniques. Every step of the class was hands-on and engaging, and we appreciated the personal tips she shared from her own experience. The food was beyond amazing and there was so much of it! By the end of the evening, we left happily stuffed, full of laughter, new knowledge, and wonderful memories. This was truly a highlight of our trip, and we can’t recommend Lidia highly enough!

- Lidia and her son Ricardo were wonderful hosts! My family and I loved our experience. Two of us are gluten free and Lidia was very knowledgeable and had no problem accommodating us. Every course was delicious and this was a highlight of our trip!!
