I have a passion for crafting delicious meals, from meticulously preparing fresh pasta to creating rich and comforting risottos. - Lidia and Tomaso were the most amazing hosts. My husband and I had a wonderful time in their beautiful home making tiramisu, spinach and ricotta ravioli and tagliatelle ragu. They were kind and thoughtful in their approach and helped us every step of the way. The table was set beautifully and our meal started with some meats, cheese and crackers followed by our prepared menu. The meal ended with some home made limoncello. I would recommend anyone wanting to do a cooking class to book with Lidia. It was an amazing experience.
- Lidia was the perfect hostess and we enjoyed our entire experience and lesson so much. Ricardo helped translate the entire experience and even taught us some useful phrases. Making Tagliatelle and Ravioli with Tiramisu for desert. I can’t wait to make it at home when we get back.
- Lidia was an amazing host and cooking instructor! She welcome my friend and I into her home and kitchen, and taught us how to make tiramisu, tagliatelle and ravioli. Her son, Ricardo helped to translate and joined us for the entire cooking class. The ingredients and food were so fresh! We had a lovely time cooking, learning, eating and connecting with our hosts! I would highly recommend!
