For this cooking class, I’m opening the doors of my home to guide you step by step through the preparation of three great classics of Italian tradition. Together, we’ll make two types of fresh pasta and a traditional dessert.

We’ll begin with ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach, served with butter and sage, a timeless Italian favorite and the perfect introduction to the world of handmade pasta. Then we’ll move on to one of the pillars of our cuisine: tagliatelle with ragù. To end on a sweet note, we’ll prepare tiramisu, the most famous and beloved Italian dessert in the world. It will be an unforgettable experience, filled with good food and conviviality. You’ll learn how to create delicious dishes that you’ll easily be able to recreate in your own kitchen.
