Welcome to my kitchen!
In this class, we’ll cook together three Italian classics: ravioli, lasagna, and tagliatelle. Each dish can be prepared in both a meat and a vegetarian version. For example, ravioli can be filled with spinach and sausage or with ricotta and spinach; lasagna can be made with a hearty ragù or with fresh Genovese pesto; tagliatelle can be served with cream and ham or with cream and mushrooms. To finish, we’ll make tiramisù or some traditional “grandma’s desserts.” We’ll knead, cook, and taste together so you can easily recreate the recipes at home. Families with children are also very welcome: on request, I’ll teach how to make fun Romagna-style flatbreads (piadine). I can’t wait to share this experience with you!
