This experience will allow my guests to try different flavor combinations. My husband Marco is a qualified sommelier, so we propose a tasting of fine wines accompanied by a series of cheeses typical of our Lombardy region.
We will taste together a hot first course (homemade gnocchi with 4 cheeses) and we will end the experience with a dessert, also homemade.

- Giuliana was wonderful. we had a fun time making the pasta and enjoyed eating it. It was also nice to see how the local people live. Very out going person and you could tell she enjoyed doing what she does.

- My 21 year old daughter and I did a cooking class in Giuliana’s beautiful and stylish home in Milan. She was amazing and so warm and friendly. We made (and ate too much of) delicious pasta (two types- ravioli and fettuccine) and tiramisu. When we were all done she served it all to us, not letting us lift a finger (which was super nice and something I truly appreciated). We met her lovely children and adorable, parmiagiana-loving dog (he had that in common with my daughter!). Felt right at home as if she was an old friend we were visiting. I highly recommend this experience. It was truly one of the highlights of our mother-daughter trip.
- This was the best experience and the best pasta/tiramisu we tasted in Milan!! The host was very understanding and kind and her home was very welcoming!! She was very patient as it is our first time cooking from scratch and was in good spirit the entire time and even walked with us back to the elevator at the end of our class, thank you so much Giuliana🤍🤍
