This experience will allow my guests to try different flavor combinations. My husband Marco is a qualified sommelier, so we propose a tasting of fine wines accompanied by a series of cheeses typical of our Lombardy region.
We will taste together a hot first course (homemade gnocchi with 4 cheeses) and we will end the experience with a dessert, also homemade.

- We truly enjoyed learning how to make pasta from scratch! Giuliana and Filippo are wonderful hosts who make you feel right at home. The pasta turned out absolutely delicious, and their charming home made the experience perfect.
- After spending several months in Milano it was a pleasure not only to be in a cooking class but to get closer to the Milanese culture. It was a pleasure to get to know the Italian culture closer. We finally learned to make Tiramisu properly !! So simple and delicious. With the help of Filipo , who speaks very good English, the class became and international exchange of cultures. Highly recomen this class.
