We will welcome you into our historic home, located just a 10-minute walk from the Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci, in a neighborhood full of shops.
This experience is designed for those who have little time but love to enjoy and prepare delicious Italian dishes. You will learn how to make spaghetti alla carbonara using locally sourced ingredients. The hands-on cooking session will begin with a glass of Prosecco and some tastings prepared with local and typically Italian products. You’ll discover the secrets to making an excellent tiramisu. Colors, music, joy, and good wine will accompany us throughout the experience. We’ll finish by enjoying what we’ve prepared together, parting ways with the hope of meeting again.

- We had a really great time with Silvia and Antonio. Our cooking class was in Silvia’s beautiful home. Their hospitality was fantastic. Antonio set about putting us to work in the kitchen starting with the Tiramisu as it needed to chill. Then we dived into making the Carbonara. The event concluded with us sitting together in her beautiful dinning room consuming the fantastic food and enjoying wonderful conversation. We would highly recommend this experience. From the moment we stepped inside, the warm and lively atmosphere made us feel completely at home and ready to cook. Antonio is a truly exceptional chef and teacher. He guided us step by step through the preparation of saffron risotto and tiramisu', explaining each tecnique with clarity, patience and sense of humour. The food was delicious . We highly recommend this experience to any body visiting Milan.
