Silvia e Antonio
We love to welcome guests with dishes from Italian tradition, drawing inspiration from recipes from our family's origins (Piedmont-Liguria), Lombardy (the region where we live), and Puglia (handed down by our Salento grandmother). Appetizing appetizers and a good glass of prosecco will help "warm up the atmosphere." Our guests will enjoy traditional Italian dishes, sharing joyful hours with us in our home full of vibrant colors, lights, and music.

- We had a really great time with Silvia and Antonio. Our cooking class was in Silvia’s beautiful home. Their hospitality was fantastic. Antonio set about putting us to work in the kitchen starting with the Tiramisu as it needed to chill. Then we dived into making the Carbonara. The event concluded with us sitting together in her beautiful dinning room consuming the fantastic food and enjoying wonderful conversation. We would highly recommend this experience. - We had an unforgettable experience time at Antonio and Silvia's cooking class in their stunning historic home in the heart of Milan. From the moment we stepped inside, the warm and lively atmosphere made us feel completely at home and ready to cook. Antonio is a truly exceptional chef and teacher. He guided us step by step through the preparation of saffron risotto and tiramisu', explaining each tecnique with clarity, patience and sense of humour. The food was delicious . We highly recommend this experience to any body visiting Milan.

- With great thanks to Silvia & Antonio we enjoyed a great evening with classic Risotto Milanese and Tiramisu. The chef was illustrating all well and we merely had to savour the dishes. As hosts there are likely only a few people as entertaining as Silvia !
- My wife and I spent the evening with Silvia learning about and sampling great food and wine. We had a great time and definitely recommend for anyone wanting to not just learn about food, but even more making new friends with lovely people.
