You will be welcomed into a period house in an elegant neighborhood of Milan, just 10 minutes from the Cenacolo Vinciano. We will start with a typical Italian aperitivo: chilled prosecco and delicacies prepared with local ingredients. Then we will put our hands to pasta to create handmade tagliatelle and ravioli, perfect to replicate at home to surprise your guests. We will also prepare the classic tiramisu, the quintessential Italian dessert. The approach will be hands-on, fun and suitable for everyone. We will conclude by enjoying the prepared dishes together, accompanied by a good wine. A special occasion to experience real Italian cuisine in a warm and authentic atmosphere. Event: Team building for 6 colleagues in 3 different offices after a conference. We did an evening cooking lesson with Silvia and Antonio after a week long conference where we were all very tired. Walking into the apartment, we were immediately warmly greeted by Silvia and a glass of Prosecco which was perfect after long days of meetings. The apartment is warm, colorful and totally cool And we loved being there talking. The cooking lesson itself was so much fun- we learned to make a pasta carbonara and a tiramisu for dessert. We had a vegetarian in our group so Silvia and Antonio were able to show us a version without meat. Antonio is a fantastic chef and guide, very thorough showing us all the little tricks to making the sauce and cooking the perfect pasta. We had a wonderful dinner, eating talking, drinking wine. It was as though we were with old friends. We all had the best evening and would highly recommend this event to anyone: colleagues, friends, family.

We love to welcome guests with dishes from Italian tradition, drawing inspiration from recipes from our family's origins (Piedmont-Liguria), Lombardy (the region where we live), and Puglia (handed down by our Salento grandmother). Appetizing appetizers and a good glass of prosecco will help "warm up the atmosphere." Our guests will enjoy traditional Italian dishes, sharing joyful hours with us in our home full of vibrant colors, lights, and music.
