You will be welcomed into a period house in an elegant neighborhood of Milan, just 10 minutes from the Cenacolo Vinciano. We will start with a typical Italian aperitivo: chilled prosecco and delicacies prepared with local ingredients. Then we will put our hands to pasta to create handmade tagliatelle and ravioli, perfect to replicate at home to surprise your guests. We will also prepare the classic tiramisu, the quintessential Italian dessert. The approach will be hands-on, fun and suitable for everyone. We will conclude by enjoying the prepared dishes together, accompanied by a good wine. A special occasion to experience real Italian cuisine in a warm and authentic atmosphere. - Very warm welcome after a last-minute booking. Great experience steeped in Italian culture within a lovely, authentic setting. We had a lot of fun cooking typical and delicious dishes. - We had a really great time with Silvia and Antonio. Our cooking class was in Silvia’s beautiful home. Their hospitality was fantastic. Antonio set about putting us to work in the kitchen starting with the Tiramisu as it needed to chill. Then we dived into making the Carbonara. The event concluded with us sitting together in her beautiful dinning room consuming the fantastic food and enjoying wonderful conversation. We would highly recommend this experience. - We had an unforgettable experience time at Antonio and Silvia's cooking class in their stunning historic home in the heart of Milan. From the moment we stepped inside, the warm and lively atmosphere made us feel completely at home and ready to cook. Antonio is a truly exceptional chef and teacher. He guided us step by step through the preparation of saffron risotto and tiramisu', explaining each tecnique with clarity, patience and sense of humour. The food was delicious . We highly recommend this experience to any body visiting Milan.
