We’ll work step by step: you’ll have your own tools, apron, and a small notebook to take home every tip. We’ll prepare creative chocolate ravioli with chestnuts, sausage, and pecorino sauce, as well as classic spinach or pumpkin ravioli with butter and sage. After the lesson, we’ll sit down to enjoy the dishes we made, paired with Italian wine and good conversation. To finish on a sweet note, I’ll serve red-wine poached pears with cinnamon foam.
