I will pass on my passion and together we will prepare three different risotto depending on seasonality or your requests/needs. Risotto alla milanese, alla monzese, speck and zucchini, squid, pumpkin, strawberry, lemon and rosemary and many other flavors to discover. We will discuss the types of rice suitable for this preparation and the techniques needed to make a perfect dish. Did you know that true Milanese serve risotto on flat plates and eat it with a spoon?

- Enrico shared his passion for Italian cooking with our small group of 6. We learned a great deal about the history of Italian pasta making per region, ingredient selection, practical cooking tips, and of course, pasta making. We left with a full belly and confident that we could now make pasta in our homes. Enrico and Christine were wonderful hosts in their lovely home. Highly recommend!!
- This is a great cooking class for beginners or excellent cooks. Enrico welcomes you into his home, explains how to make three players, helps you mix the pasta flight and teaches toyota how to prepare a variety of shapes. Then everyone gets a timer to prepare the sauces. Once all is complete b lunch is served in a beautiful setting in his wonderful home.
- Enrico was amazing!! He welcomed us into his home and we had a wonderful afternoon cooking with him and his wife. The food was all delicious and we will definitely be making them at home. We highly recommend cooking with Enrico!
- The time spent with Enrico was great. During the walk through the market we learnt a lot about local products. The menu we cooked together was fantastic and we enjoyed a lovely lunch on the balcony.
- This was my first time in Italy and I was looking forward to taking a cooking class. This is not just a cooking class, it is an amazing, wonderful experience. Enrico and his wife Christina are lovely people who made you feel welcomed in their home. Enrico is hilarious, energetic, and made this a wonderful memory. He made learning how to make Osobucco con risotto, and tiramisu dessert easy and fun. I will not forget his comment when I asked how much butter? He would say with a big smile “as much as you want”. He is an excellent teacher, detailed and never rushed us. We were provided with the recipes and a gift of learning the art of Milanese cuisine. The food was delicious, after cooking we all sat together at the end to eat and drink.
